TEXAS CARE DIALYSIS was established primarily to provide In-House Home Hemodialysis to Nursing Home or Skilled Nursing Facilities’ (SNF) hemodialysis residents.
With Texas Care Dialysis Onsite In-House Dialysis, this eliminates hospitals’ challenge in finding placement for ESRD patients and SNF’s denial of admission because of availability of chair time in nearby outpatient clinics.
Improving Quality of Life and Bridging the Gap
Texas Care Dialysis realized the need and difficulty for ESRD patients’ placement, it is our aim to improve quality of life, by helping bridge the gap between the costly and sometimes impossible transportation to and from in-center treatments, AND patients’ exhaustion, and fatigue to receiving dialysis in the comfort of the patients’ SNF. This is turn, leads to more energy quicker recovery and better quality of life.

LICENSED DIALYSIS NURSE
Our highly experienced and compassionate Licensed Dialysis Nurse will work hand-in-hand with your nephrologist, continuously provide nursing assessment, patient and family education, and will render your dialysis treatments.
REGISTERED RENAL DIETITIAN
Your diet plays an important role in living a healthy life with chronic kidney disease. With a thorough knowledge and understanding of the relationship between food, nutrition and health, our Renal Dietitian will assess your current physical condition and nutritional status, assist you and your family tailor your individual diet regimen and will provide an extensive diet education.
SUPPORT SPECIALIST
We are here to help you! Any questions and concerns are provided by our 24/7 Support Specialist.
RENAL SOCIAL WORKER
As you adjust to your health condition, further support may be necessary. Our Renal Social Worker will provide support to you and your family in all areas of your life including emotional, financial, career and life adjustment.
