In-House Hemodialysis
TEXAS CARE DIALYSIS delivers onsite hemodialysis treatments in the convenience of and in a more comfortable environment. A team of experienced and compassionate RN and PCT will administer the dialysis. ALL THE TIME and EVERY TIME.
All-Inclusive Dialysis Treatment
We provide a complete and all-inclusive dialysis treatment. A monthly dietary counseling is provided by a Registered Renal Dietitian. All personal needs and concerns are further addressed by our Renal Social Worker.
Retain your Nephprologist
TEXAS CARE DIALYSIS does not require you to see different doctors. We encourage that you retain your nephrologist. Your personal nephrologist will manage your care through TEXAS CARE DIALYSIS. If your nephrologist does not follow you to the Skilled Nursing Facility, we will provide you with a Nephrologist.
Dialysis System
SNF will be furnished with hemodialysis machine set-up. We will complete the preventive, regular servicing of all dialysis equipment.
Nursing & DIalysis Supply
All necessary nursing and dialysis supplies are provided.
Medication
And YES! Medications like Epogen, Heparin, Venofer, Zemplar ordered by your nephrologist are also provided and administered by your dialysis nurse.
Laboratory
Monthly and mid-month laboratory will be collected, and results will be communicated to your nephrologist and to the SNF team.
Patient Conference
Monthly patient conference will be held with you and your health care team.
